Terms of Service

Payment:
If payment is not completed within 48 hours, the sale will be automatically cancelled.
Therefore, if you are buying something and before you make the payment you change your mind, please communicate it by e-mail, in order to cancel the transaction.
The items will be shipped within 2/3 working days after receipt of your payment.

Shipment:
The customer will be informed of the conditions of traceability.
Shipments to EU countries normally require 10-15 days.
Shipments different (for example in the USA or other countries) can take about 10/25 working days (unless additional customs delays). It’s clear that the delays in delivery, are beyond my control.

Returns:
I hope you can always be satisfied with your purchase.
I will not be responsible for damages that occur during shipping.
Items are non-refundable as I am sure that my work perfectly done.

All of my products are handmade and therefore have the characteristics of an artisan product. Small imperfections and irregularities are not to be understood as defects. Please contact me for an explanation and to find a solution together!
